Our Team had only been with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services “BHHS” Ally Real Estate for a few months when we decided to attend the BHHS Convention in San Antonio, Texas. It was there that we met Dennis and Teresa and decided to take the RCC™ and CNHS™ courses. 

Upon completing both courses and applying what we learned, in 2020 our Team was awarded the BHHS Chairman’s Circle Gold Award, and my personal production was up 238%. I believe that these designations helped us solidify our current relationships with builders and developers and add new relationships as well.  

In 1995 I began working with Sears Home Improvements and learned so much about the remodeling process.  When I learned about the new RRS™ designation I was extremely interested in taking the course so I could build on my knowledge. I believe that this course will help me add value to the relationships I have with investors and add value to clients looking to upgrade their homes so they can sell or to clients hoping to update new homes that they buy. Thank you Dennis and Teresa!
